Who we are and how we support you
Bretagne International is an association of companies financially supported by the Regional Council of Bretagne. For 22 years, BRETAGNE INTERNATIONAL has been assisting the Breton companies to increase their opportunity to succeed in international markets.
In January 2006, BRETAGNE INTERNATIONAL was commissioned to identify and qualify potential projects of investments in Bretagne by the Economic Agency of Bretagne. BRETAGNE INTERNATIONAL mobilizes its network of 60 intermediaries established in 45 countries, and takes advantage of its promotion of collective participation to exhibitions and fairs (more than 25 in 2006) as well as the collective sectorial missions in order to make the know-how and capacities of our Region known. BRETAGNE INTERNATIONAL provides companies setting up in Bretagne with free confidential assistance and complete information. It covers financial aid available too. Then the Economic Agency of Bretagne will suggest the most suitable sites to meet the investing company’s requirements.

General information gathering:

Suggestion of sites:
Thanks to the support of the Economic Agency of Bretagne we will be able to make a selection of sites matching your needs.
We will take advantage of your visit to show you companies, schools, universities, active research hubs of your business area which are useful to your development.
According to the specificities of your project, we will help you to get the local, regional and national grants that you can claim.
For instance, within the context of an industrial project, the total amount of subsidies can reach up to 23% of your investment over a three-year period following your setting-up.
We will help you to identify other financial aids that you are entitled to get, depending on your project: Customized training for your employees, subsidies for innovation and research projects, programmes fostering energy savings and so on.
Ongoing assistance during and after your setting-up:
We will help you with all the administrative procedures linked to the construction of buildings, the setting-up of your company, the recruitment, the procedures for obtaining permits and licences if needs be. Should you request it, we could help you solve problems linked to the arrival of expatriates and their families.
