Bretagne ICT Roadshow in Korea and Japan |

The Breton ICT cluster and several Breton ICT companies went to Seoul, Daejeon, Tokyo and Osaka to present their know-how.
A roadshow in Korean and Japan to present Bretagne’s competences in ICT is a rather good idea... But it is a much better idea if it goes beyond a simple general presentation of the sector. It is more powerful if several actors of the Breton ICT industry participate in this roadshow and introduce themselves and their know-how to their Korean and Japanese peers. This was the case at the end of last month since we took some representatives of the Breton ICT cluster and several Breton ICT companies to Seoul, Daejeon, Tokyo and Osaka. This original concept seduced both parties. The Asian participants enjoyed learning more about the strengths of the Breton territory through the “Media and Networks” cluster but they also highly appreciated to meet Breton companies with whom they could directly discuss concrete business opportunities. The next road show combining presentations of the Breton ICT clusters and individual business meetings with its members is scheduled in the USA in the first quarter of 2008. Other countries will follow.
