Bretagne by train in less than 2 hours!

Soon in less than 1,5 hour since a new TGV line between Paris and Brest is about to be built.

Starting 2013, Paris will be only one hour and a half from Rennes!

Only 2 hours and 05 minutes! This is how long it currently takes you to go from Paris to Rennes by TGV, the French high speed train. Soon it will be even faster: 1 hour and a half between the Paris Montparnasse station and Rennes and only 3 hours between Paris and Brest.
Indeed the French premier Minister gave his green light to the construction of the new high speed train rail. This project financed by the European Union, the Bretagne Regional Council and other local authorities, is planned to start in 2009 and will be completed in 2013.
