Breton companies in Korea and Japan! |

Showing and discovering best practices in ICT and in shipbuilding
10 Breton companies in the wireless multimedia, broadcasting and optics technologies will visit the Daedeok Innopolis Cluster in Daejon and meet Korean companies in Seoul. After that they will meet Japanese companies at the Yokosuka Research Park near Tokyo and discuss with them their latest innovations and projects. Finally they will meet several high tech companies in the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Some of the companies in Osaka were themselves part of the Japanese delegation that came to Bretagne in May to discover our region and its high potential in ICT.
Bretagne is traditionally a land open to the world! Welcoming tourists warmly but also travelling and discovering new cultures is a second nature for Breton people. This is also true for Breton companies that enjoy receiving foreign delegations and showing them our region and our competencies but also going abroad and learning from other practices.
With this in mind, a Breton delegation will travel to Korea and Japan; from November 24 to December 1st. 10 Breton key players of the wireless multimedia , broadcasting and optics technologies will visit the Daedeok Innopolis Cluster in Daejon and meet Korean companies in Seoul. After that they will pursue their Asian tour and meet Japanese companies at the Yokosuka Research Park and exchange with them on their latest innovations and projects. Finally they will meet in the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry several high tech companies. Some of teh companies in Osaka were themselves part of the Japanese delegation that came to Bretagne in May to discover our region and its high potential in ICT.
At the same time, several Breton shipbuilding companies, representing another traditional key sector of the regional economy, will also head to Korea and Japan to visit major shipyards as well as the Kormarine Exhibition.
Let’s bet that these exchanges are the bases for future partnerships, beneficial for companies from both regions.
