Many Japanese agrifood experts attended the 4th food safety seminar organized by Bretagne International in Tokyo on March 5. This seminar that allows entrepreneurs from Bretagne and Japan to exchange on best practices was concluded by a cocktail prepared by Alain Passard, a 3 star chef, born in Bretagne.
French Ambassador in Japan, Christian Masset, also honored us with its participation. He saluted the ongoing efforts of Bretagne International to facilitate exchanges between agri-food experts of both countries.
« Japan and France have much in common : a 1st class gastronomy and a high level of exigency in terms of food safety. Also, the Bretons, with their respect and fidelity to the local and traditional products are undoubtedly on the same wavelength with Japanese people who attach much importance to authenticity. "
We would like to thank all the attendees for their participation and are looking forward to meeting you again in Japan or Bretagne.
